So where do you come in...?

You are a data guru and love bringing actionable insights to empower decisions across the company. Strategic thinking excites you and you want to make an impact with a quickly scaling team. You're ready to help us find prospective patients as well as improve current patient experience all through data-backed decisions.

You'll bring to the team your experience of analyzing huge data sets to uncover what truly drives our customers. You'll work on instrumental projects that touch all aspects of our data ecosystem with the opportunity to define, scope, and design reports and self-service tools. Overall, you're ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities;
* Own and manage our BI/visualization tools (Mode Analytics) as well as the underlying data infrastructure.
* Use the tools and infrastructure you manage to discover and explore insights/patterns that you present to the team to support decision making and strategy.
* Define and implement reoccurring reports and dashboards
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including product, growth, operations, and finance.
* Example output: Tie together patient behavior, acquisition channel, and LTV to bolster growth and product decision making.
* Work with leadership to identify and prioritize data needs (team, tools, processes, other infrastructure, etc.)

Requirements:
* At least 2 years experience working with SQL, Python, and BI tools in an organizational setting.
* Strong ability to interpret data, write complex queries, use ideal methodologies, share findings, and produce actionable data insights.
* Excellent communication regarding quantitative metrics and findings to a larger team with many non-technical stakeholders.
* Direct experience with data modeling, warehousing, dashboarding, and reporting using multiple data sources.
* Knowledge of how to develop and maintain a solid and dynamic data infrastructure.

Bonus:
