The Role

AntsLabor is seeking an experienced Growth Marketer with a strong track record in B2C marketing to create a comprehensive strategy to drive new users for our platform. Our initial focus will be on independent landlords in Ontario then we will scale out from there. This marketer will execute on paid campaigns and will offer strategic support across other channels. Execution on SEO, as well, is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be expert at cross channel strategy, data analytics, website CRO, landing page optimization, and lead generation; AntsLabor has a web dev who can execute at the direction of the marketer. The initial budget for investment in ad spend will be $2K; we will scale from there, once ROI justifies it. We have some existing creatives and can hire third party freelancers to execute on graphic design at the direction of the marketer so can supply creative assets to support campaigns.

Job Description

  • Drive growth through market trends assessment, marketing content development, brand management, storytelling, and client management strategies.
  • Transforming sales through the development and implementation of structures, processes, and tools to standardize sales operations and drive results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations and quality standards are met.
  • Direct, mentor and motivate high-performance teams in propelling growth while providing visionary leadership in competitive markets.
  • Contributing insight to drive sales and customer experience, enabling our company to enhance brand and product positioning.
  • Securing customer loyalty, increasing service distribution to grow market share, and forging strong relationships with external business partners.
  • Excels in aligning technology with business goals, improving operational efficiency, and managing stakeholder communications and expectations.

Know how to make the digital product or service the most unique out there - above the line marketing - and how to spread the word about it in the best way possible. That is why aside from the main architects behind a tech startup, CMOs are often labeled as the architects that are bringing the solutions together and publishing them to the wider audience.

The architect that transforms an average idea into the most unique one, disrupts industries and helps people discover the service they always needed but did not know that was out there.

Ideally, this is a person with a lot of knowledge about marketing and even more connections. He/she knows the editors of the most popular industry (tech) blogs, knows how to get a word or two in the most prestigious tech magazines and how to make influencers mention the startup in some of their reviews.

All tech startups nowadays are in need of a connector in order to foster a network of crucial contacts and connections that will help them build relationships with customers and eventually get major investments and help their startup grow.
