Marketing Manager, Demand Generation

Reporting to the Senior Vice President and leading the marketing team, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of account based marketing and analysis for campaign effectiveness in order to drive new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the Sales team within specific, targeted accounts and contacts.

In this role, you'll get to:

-Strategize and execute effective account based marketing programs and campaigns that meet the growth goals of the business, with a strong emphasis in driving interest and pipeline in key accounts
-Partner closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to develop thoughtful, targeted programs that capture market share and strengthen AnswerRocket in a fast-changing market
-Communicate with Sales and Leadership teams on an ongoing basis to ensure successful follow through of all qualified opportunities as well as identify and research key contacts and titles at targeted accounts
-Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the program’s impact
-Help drive segmentation analysis and identify segments of opportunity working with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams
-Think creatively and contribute to the big ideas, while executing on the tactics
-Lead a team of talented growth marketers, mentoring and developing their skills

We are looking for people who:

-Have a bachelor’s degree in a Marketing, Business or other relevant discipline
-Come with 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on target/named account-focused programs in an account-based marketing, demand generation, or field marketing role
-Are data-driven and proficient with extracting analytic insights to segment audiences to optimize efforts
-Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work at all levels of an organization
-Have a curiosity for new marketing trends and best practices
-Have exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Are energetic and have the ability to recruit, motivate, and lead current team members
-Are self-directed and not afraid of a hyper-growth environment
