  • Understand Ankr’s product offering in relation to the digital asset space
  • Ability to run and manage entire sales cycle from prospect to close
  • Provide demos of the Ankr Platform
  • Monitoring, managing, upselling, and ensure ongoing support for clients after contract signing
  • Provide timely “white glove” assistance to clients
  • Ownership of CRM to ensure it is up-to-date and that all company stakeholders are utilizing it
  • Prepare and organize notes in CRM for all sales and partnership calls
  • Track customer issues through to resolution, maintaining a timely cadence of communication throughout the course of the issue
  • Work with branding and marketing in preparing sales collateral
  • Develop and maintain technical and non-technical documentation and playbooks (including customer-facing Knowledge Base Articles and internal-only publications) to assist with defining and explaining processes for both internal and external audiences
  • Ensure transparency in the sales process for the entire organization
  • Investigate customer inquiries regarding business and technical issues
  • Act as the voice of the client to escalate communication to internal teams
  • Work with the product team to identify and prioritize customer feedback
  • Preparing and distributing weekly sales reports

Skills & Experience:

  • Ankr is looking for people who are passionate about their craft, take full ownership for their work, and believe in transparent and collaborative culture with the goal of making Ankr successful.
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience in technology (cloud and/or crypto space is preferred)
  • Must be comfortable in a fast-moving, dynamic start-up environment
  • Collaborate comfortably with remotely located colleagues and counterparties
  • Willingness to work global hours and on weekends if necessary
  • Above-average communication skills, both written and verbal
  • BS degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or similar discipline
  • Familiarity with sales based tools (eg. Pipedrive (CRM), GSuite, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience in cryptocurrency and/or Fintech is highly desirable
  • Understanding of digital asset nodes, staking, governance, and DeFi is preferred
