Business developer

AngelTech is looking for an entrepreneur profile able to manage a project and develop the business.

LivingProject:
• Provide a competitive alternative to hotels with a wide range of short term rentals in Paris, and facilitate the leasing of real estate for individuals.
• Micro Paris proposes to rethink the layout and design interior of the property at no cost for the owner / lessee, and ensure the rental.
• Micro Paris supports all services for the leasing of the property that is put through professional photographers, cleaning technicians or insurance companies.

Mission:
MicroParis is looking for an entrepreneur profile project manager capable of taking over the management of the project.

This mission will be:
• Business and marketing development of the project.
• Project management.
• Establish and implement an optimal prospecting strategy from the
apartments owners.
• Coordination of the various divisions (interior architect, concierge service, rental
apartments, communication ...).
• Financial and budgetary monitoring of the project.
• Reporting to the partners.

As part of its mission, it will be supported by the AngelTech structure (interior designer, offices, trainees, ...)

Skills required:

• Excellent ability to work independently.
• Intelligent, responsive, entrepreneur at heart, taste for challenge.
• A first experience in business development and / or creation of business would be highly appreciated.
• Multidisciplinary Profile: expertise in accounting, budget management, law and
communication.
• Knowledge of the Paris real estate market.
• Interest in the sharing business (Airbnb, BlaBlaCar member Join, LeBonCoin, KelBillet, Drivy,.) to optimize the company's strategy.
