About the role:

We're hiring another Customer Success Manager to help grow our existing business partners. You will be on the inaugural team to build out strategy, structure and process.

Customer Success Managers are the primary points of contact for startup teams using A-List. We help startups craft and execute on their recruiting strategies (from pitching to closing) so that they make their top hires and grow their teams.

What you'll get to do:

* Partner with companies who are hiring and build relationships with CTOs, Engineering Managers, VPs of Talent to help them engage and make hires via AngelList Talent tools
* Supporting AngelList customers by acting as a product expert, and helping them with questions and bugs/issues
* Help startups stay on track to hit their goals through weekly check-ins (pitching), email check-ins, and talent acquisition strategy calls
* Designing product and process improvements by delivering client feedback & bugs to the engineering and product teams

You'll Need:

* 2+ years of operations/customer success experience
* Clear and concise writing. Structured thinking. Organized and data-driven.
* Curiosity / interest in the AngelList Platform. A rudimentary understanding of what we do.
* An understanding of the talent / tech hiring landscape
* Startup experience preferred but not required

Bonus points for:

* Recruiting experience at a fast growing start-up. Technical even better
* Experience building out processes
* Experience distilling data into a digestible format and presenting to internal and external clients
