What You Need for this Position
-Proven professional Ruby on Rails experience
-A solid portfolio demonstrating your engineering prowess i.e. GitHub etc...
-Deep understanding of the web space
-You're a natural problem solver who obsesses over detail
-During testing of prototypes you're able to find the tiniest of errors
-TDD everything you do
-Great time management skills and punctuality
-Be nimble and adjust well to change
-Excellent English skills
-Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
-Know when and what questions to ask in order to gain an understanding of a task or need
-Demonstrated success at interacting with different types of teams ie... designers, UX and QA
-Ability to write clearly and quickly present your ideas in an organized and coherent manner
More: Strong Ruby on Rails experience as a developer and architect. 5+ years experience coding products in a rapid development environment. Comfortable in a small, fast-moving startup environment. Willingness to learn quickly and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
