Business Strategy & Operations
The Business Strategy & Operations team leverages data, technology, and process to support the explosive growth of Amplitude. We partner with leaders from the Go-to-market team (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships) to develop a cohesive go-to-market strategy and execute on a global scale.

We’re looking for someone that’s the perfect combination of business and technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies for scaling Amplitude and executing through data, technology, process automation and strong cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure the smooth execution and implementation of your solutions. This role is hybrid of traditional jobs in strategic planning and sales/marketing operations.
Responsibilities

Analyze company performance to help develop a go to market strategy and execution plan
Assist in developing territory planning, channel strategy and pricing
Identify, prioritize, and execute initiatives across the go-to-market team that will have the largest impact on the business
Leverage SFDC, Marketo, and other systems to help with strategy execution

Required qualifications

3+ years of experience at a top strategy consulting firm or sales operations at a fast growing SaaS company
2+ years experience with SaaS territory planning, channel strategy and pricing
BS degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications

SFDC and Marketo experience
Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence
Excellent presentation and communication skills
You've built a technology-based side project from scratch
