The Role
We are looking for an Operations Executive for our growing health food startup. This role is essential to ensure that our fast-growing startup is able to meet all its orders from customers in Malaysia and abroad, both online and offline. Our customers range from individual consumers to multi-national companies and startups. Hence, the Operations Executive must be able to easily adapt to the needs of different customers and problem solve quickly.
Tasks
1. Administer online orders from packing to delivery
2. Handle the after purchase and customer service
3. Welcome and serve walk in customers
4. Manage in-house inventory and reconciliation
5. Ad hoc task when required
The Operations Executive will be working closely with the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and other team members to meet customer demands and needs.
