Alto is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team. As our ideal candidate, you are passionate about marketing and events and no task is beneath you. You are detail-oriented, dedicated to delivering extraordinary experiences, and a team player who is excited to be part of a dynamic and ambitious sales and marketing team. You have a proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams. Most importantly, you’re excited to join Alto and bring our transformative pharmacy model to life with doctors and patients alike.

The Field Marketing Manager will work closely with sales and sales enablement teams to design, implement and execute field marketing initiatives with the goal of generating qualified leads and accelerating the progression of opportunities in the partnerships pipeline. You will be a rockstar thought leader around event marketing communications, lead generation, booth awareness and sales tactics, and event demand gen strategy. You have documented experience with event operations, contract negotiating, budgeting, and cross-functional partner relations. What You’ll Work On:

Field Marketing Strategy: 

* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop event strategies for field marketing events that include input from product business owners and align with Alto’s overall GTM sales initiatives, strategy and branding
* Understand different segments and build an events calendar to support each initiative
* Align all field marketing activities to support the sales goals for leads and opportunities
* Collaborate with marketing team to manage and evolve branded swag inventory: design, selection, project manage the process of distribution for field marketing, corporate and sales events
* Collaborate with marketing team to manage and evolve print assets: design, selection, project manage the process of distribution for field marketing, corporate and sales events

Event Operations: 

* Work cross-functionally to produce best-in-class live experiences for prospects, customers, and partners
* Identify staffing needs, manage logistics (facilities, shipping, booth builds, etc), and work with vendors to ensure seamless execution
* Own the events budget and processes—get scrappy where appropriate
* Develop and own timelines, organizational plans, and internal communications for cohesiveness and transparency across the organization

Campaign Management and Lead Generation: 

* Develop pre- and post- event communication and nurture plans in partnership with email marketing and demand gen teams
* Drive pre-event interest, attendance, and post-event conversions for revenue potential

Event Measurement: 

* Create measurement criteria and manage feedback loop with cross-functional teams to continually measure program effectiveness 
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to manage measurement of every event program, evaluate event/campaign ROI, and offer recommendations for improvement 
* Ensure department consistency in reporting; maintain weekly KPI and ROI reporting and dashboards for review across all events

Product Expertise and Booth Staffing: 

* Travel to select regions to provide onsite support for logistics and execute tasks for event programs such as tradeshows, meetups, workshops, exec dinners, etc.
* Product expertise and/or technical thinking and speaking abilities are required to engage with customers and prospects at a high-level to help generate leads and drive traffic

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

* Minimum 2 years proven experience in field marketing, event operations, marketing, and demand generation
* Direct experience and ownership of producing various-sized programs and budgets
* Project management expertise
* Event strategy experience from program goals to show management
* Ability to cultivate strong relationships with key internal and external partners and display excellent communication skills with all stakeholders
* A strong handle on working with budgets, event contracts, expenses & accounts payable
* Superb prioritization skills to individually detect and deliver the most important things first
* Self-motivated; able to work autonomously, accept changes with short notice and tolerate frequent interruptions
* Ability to multitask and take the lead on several events simultaneously
* Willingness to singularly manage all aspects of a program
* Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for event marketing
* Results oriented with experience using qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on revenue, conversion, sales and other marketing goals
* Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Business, Marketing, and/or Communication is a plus
* This position is full time and travel is required
