Once you submit your resume, we will review your profile and curate opportunities for you based on your experiences and interests if we think there could be a fit with one or more of our portfolio companies. An Alter team member would then reach out to learn more about your interests and priorities, and facilitate any introductions.

As part of our network, you will receive invites to Alter events, have the opportunity to meet with members of the Alter team and Founders of our ventures as well as connect with other highly talented individuals from the likes of McKinsey, BCG, Uber, Google, Facebook etc. interested in emerging markets startups.

When you are matched with a venture, you become an Alter Ambassador, having access to mentorship, career resources and a network of Silicon Valley and global tech leaders.
