We are currently hiring for an Engagement Manager role, based in NYC. The role features exciting challenges:

- Develop strategic customer engagement plans for clients and lead cross-functional teams to execute those plans.

- Build solid, trusted relationships with clients across the government, financial services, corporate, and logistics sectors.

- Build deep fluency in our technology and products, and help our clients to realize their benefits.

- Drive incremental business opportunities by understanding clients’ needs and deepening our client relationships.

- Ensure customer feedback is incorporated into our strategic and product development.

A strong candidate will have the following characteristics:

- 2-3 years of experience at a top management consultancy, enterprise software company, or as a relationship manager.

- Graduated from a top tier university.

- Technical degree or experience is a plus.
