About AlphaFlow
AlphaFlow creates first-of-its-kind software to provide professionally managed portfolios of real estate loans to institutional investors. We partner with non-bank real estate lenders around the country who provide 6-12 month bridge loans on single-family and small multifamily properties, to buy their loans and help them grow their businesses. About the Frontend Tech Lead Role
The Frontend Tech Lead role will join our small, fast moving development team, building products for our customers, investors and internal teams. This position reports directly to our VP of Engineering and will work closely with stakeholders to accelerate the growth of our company.
Responsibilities:
Owning technical decisions for frontend architecture.
Serving as technical lead and mentor for the frontend team.
Architecting frontend to maximize design and code reuse.
Owning large pieces of our UI layer.
Actively working with peers to review code & contributing to team.
Hiring and mentoring a world class team of engineers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as Tech Lead for frontend / full stack focused engineering team.
Opinionated and passionate about frontend technologies.
Deep knowledge of React and other progressive web technologies.
Experience integrating with RESTful APIs.
Keen eye for design and passion for building beautiful and functional user interfaces.
Experience working with small teams & in fast moving startup environments.
At least 3 years professional experience with the above content.
