What will you be working on

50% of your time will be spent on Customer Operations related tasks
You will be creating alumni platforms like ULM and St.Vincent De Paul. We will be providing you with a well documented set up guide with necessary steps.
You will get to closely work with the amazing Customer Success Managers at Almabase. This to understand the client requirements clearly and set up an instance of the software accordingly.
Customers provide alumni data in excel format. You will be required to understand customer’s data structure (the way they store different information about their alumni) and format it as per our system’s requirements using Advanced MS-excel like V-lookup, Left, Right, Mid, etc.

Remaining 50% of the time, you will play a generalist role to support the team in content development, graphic design, social media engagement, technical support requests, and reporting.

Whom are we looking for

You should be eager to learn and grow in your career. You should be happy to take up any work that comes your way. That flexibility is critical to this role.
You should be really good at using excel spreadsheets.
You should have good verbal and written communication skills
You should be comfortable to learn and use software tools like Asana, Photoshop, etc
You will have 0-2 years of experience. We feel this will be a great opportunity for folks who are just getting started with their career, please don't apply if you have more than 2 years of experience.

What is the opportunity here?
Customer Operations exists at the intersection of three teams -- Growth (Marketing and Sales), Technology(Product, Engineering), and Customer Success. This role will give you the opportunity to get your feet wet in each of these aspects and understand what goes into building a successful B2B SaaS startup.
If you are still exploring your options and unsure of what domain to build your career in, this would be an excellent opportunity.
Since this is a fresher role, the expected salary will be in the range of 4-5LPA, negotiable based on your current level of experience.
