This role is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting and high growth B2B technology company. AllWork is an industry leader in providing companies with innovative Workforce Management solutions specifically designed for the Gig-economy.

We are looking for a SDR to join our NYC office. You must be comfortable on the phone and have excellent communication skills. You are persistent without being pushy. You are friendly and charming but don’t know how to take no for an answer. We are looking for a results-driven, energetic and motivated person who wants to jump-start their sales and marketing career. This is not a commissioned position.

You will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging with companies to present our B2B technology platform and payroll solutions. You will get to know our products and programs inside-out and offer prospective customers clear insight into our SaaS technology platform.

• Position AllWork as an industry leader in the Future of Work through social selling techniques and content development for all Social Media platforms.
• Prospecting and lead-gen for new clients via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Qualify and manage all inbound leads from the web, email and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with VP’s to identify and build lists of high-probability target accounts
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop new strategies to build our sales pipeline and grow the business
• Create e-mail marketing campaigns using CRM software and following up on all appropriate leads
• Own and manage a robust pipeline of leads. Converting leads into opportunities, meetings and demos


• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication skills over phone, e-mail, and face to face
• Strong writing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in using and leveraging CRM platforms
• Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
• LinkedIn experience and how-to best leverage platform to generate interest in AllWork
