IT Development Lead ( HK$50K-70K)

AlikeAudience is looking for a Full-time IT Development Lead to work out of our HONG KONG office and be responsible for the development and delivery of the company’s core big data technology, the mobile audience intelligence platform.

Marketers have always been pursuing 1-to-1 marketing strategy to reach out to individual consumer at the right time on a right device with the right message. With AlikeAudience’s Mobile Audience Intelligence Platform #AIP, we have been profiling over 3.9 billions of unique mobile devices across US, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other 7 APAC countries. We activate valuable and trusted data from app developers and branded data partners, such as payment processors and credit card companies. We then provide consumer intelligence including their interests, demographics, and purchase intent, for marketers to better reaching out to consumers and to effectively measure media campaigns. Marketers are able to access AlikeAudience through Google DoubleClick, TheTradeDesk, AppNexus, Oath, Amobee, and Facebook. //Responsibilities:

• Act as technical lead to oversee and manage overall IT projects, strategic planning, analyses business requirements, improve project management methodology by measuring against success metrics and incorporating lessons learned
• Enhance and evaluate the efficiency of IT development and produce required documentation in various project stages
• Manage technical direction, provide technical suggestion and guidance in order to ensure smooth delivery
• Drive and promote architectural standards and policies

//Qualifications:

• Degree holders or above in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years in IT working experience, with at least 3 years in IT management is a must
• Ability to coach, mentor and lead junior team members
• Understanding on Big Data and Data Science are desirable
• Knowledge of technical trends to build strategy
• Tech-savvy, with demonstrated aptitudes on learning new things quickly
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and with minimum supervision
• Have to be a great communicator, able to communicate with all levels of business
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Ready to work in a fast-growing, energetic, and flexible startup environment, with a talented, diverse, and forward-thinking team
