Algolia’s story of hypergrowth is beginning - Be a pivotal part of impacting the business by joining the Sales Enablement Team. In this role, it will be your mission to support an environment of continuous learning and engage our revenue roles to pursue, achieve, and maintain effectiveness. You will be a strategic and trusted team member, helping to coordinate ongoing enablement programs for Algolians. 


YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:
* Helping to create, implement & coordinate content for ongoing enablement programs
* Support both EMEA & US Revenue Enablement Managers in ad hoc revenue enablement requests. 
* Work cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Education, Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to curate content that best equips our revenue organization
* Help to drive adoption of the company’s sales framework (MEDDPICC) and socialize best practices for Account Executives and Business Development Reps
* Assist with content generation within the LMS & with tracking and reporting on new hire ramping. 
* Be a source of knowledge to the revenue roles on best use of tools, marketing and enablement collateral & materials
* Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team
* Help to create best practice listening tracks in Chorus.ai 
* Support Sales Excellence team with any new process training required to the field 
* Help to support coordination of Bootcamps and SKOs.

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:
* Strong coordination and operational expertise
* Demonstrated ability to establish and manage priorities and timelines to achieve results
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in one-on-one and group settings
* Ability to learn new technologies quickly
* Enterprise SaaS experience highly preferred
* Salesforce.com (salesforce.com) user, familiarity with email and prospecting automation platforms
