What’s the opportunity?
Our team is seeking a growth expert in developing go-to-market strategies, sales processes and leading its execution. You know what channels to use in order to get the right message to customers. You should take pride in producing your best work and managing big picture strategies with disciplined execution. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. We’re a group of awesome people and are looking for someone special to add to Alchemy’s culture. You will work directly with the founders, and for the right person, there's an opportunity to grow into a leadership role.
What Will You be Doing?
- Develop and own the growth strategy for one of the fastest growing companies in San Francisco
- Build relationships with CTOs, CEOs, Heads of Engineering, and BD leads at top companies
- Expand usage of our product with existing customers and transform each of our users into evangelists
- Use data and industry tools to analyze business development processes and reiterate to perfect our growth strategy
- Working across several aspects of marketing from branding to targeted outreach and strategy, go-to-Market strategy, events and communication
- Developing actionable, data-driven insights to drive product and marketing strategy
- Attending cryptocurrency events, including speaking engagements
What Skills do You Need:
- 3+ years experience in business development, growth, or sales at a high growth startup or tech company
- Demonstrable experience successfully driving customer growth through sales or BD
- Extremely strong strategic and critical thinking skills, to help solve open ended growth initiatives
- Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
- Strong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Passion and ability to prospects and users love our product
- Excitement for learning about our cutting edge technology and the blockchain industry as a whole
