The Airteam is a group of the 90 most capable, audacious, and hardworking individuals in tech, and we are looking for a Head of Growth.

-->The Role:
Head of Global Growth (aka The Main Growth Hacker), a critical position for our business. This person should be able to lead Airtm’s efforts to grow.

If you are:
A hustler that understands that sometimes resources are scarce and hacks are necessary to solve problems,
Willing to fail over and over again knowing that one day success will come,
Independent and experienced, capable of managing and initiating projects on your own and delivering results under a changing environment,
Almost a cynic and need to find out what is what for yourself by digging deep into the data, and
You are willing to get deep into our client's minds to figure out what the best way to get to them onboard is, regardless of the hassle

-->Experience:
-Working on SEO improvement, Paid Marketing, Google Analytics, and Google Adwords.
-An analytical mindset that guides your intuition. You’ll need to make data-driven decisions.
-Working together with marketing teams translating customer needs to actionable items.
-Running A/B testing and documenting results to learn from previous strategies.
-Must be fluent in Spanish & English and know how to write well in both languages.
-Must have experience leading teams, with proven results.
-SQL knowledge is desirable.
-At least 4 years of experience.


-->Main Responsibilities:
-Owning Airtm’s funnel and conversion metrics.
-Planning and running SEO initiatives to optimize our PageRank.
-Maintaining and improving our CAC.
-Listen to and engage with online communities where we can get potential users.
-Leading Airtm’s marketing efforts to grow, grow, grow.

Mexico City but open to travel frequently.
Airtm will cover your relocation costs and will help you meet the migratory requirements.
