This person will be in charge of the implementation of fraud policies and measures for our global operations. This person will be reporting to the COO directly while the Risk team grows.
We’re looking for a passionate, self-driven, organized and technical person that will help Airtm to improve our existing fraud processes and tools to take them to the next level.
The successful candidate will understand operational and fraud prevention processes and requirements. Will also be able to manage projects that will allow us to implement new products/initiatives. Exceptional analytical skills are critical in this position.
Identify operational weaknesses, improve current processes and create new tools to effectively prevent and tackle fraud cases.
Maintain a close communication with the support team to communicate new policies and coordinate its implementation.
Set a high bar for the team to think boldly, in scalable, futureproof ways.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in data science / informatic / engineering (desirable).
2+ years of experience in fraud prevention and customer support.
Experience creating tools from scratch, preferably using Python / Web languages
Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment
