We are here to solve the problem that home-sharing is not accessible for many homeowners, who don’t have the time or expertise. Catering for our hosts means that we hold responsibility for a multitude of customers and services on behalf of them.

We’ve already managed over £60,000,000 in host earnings, managing 4,000+ homes in multiple cities around the world.


You will be responsible for:

- forecasting pricing and revenue based on demand and market trends
- evaluating trends in the economy and property industry
- creating strategies to maximise revenue
- using data and insights to generate revenue reports
- identifying and executing improvements in our analytics workflows
- maintaining and managing our in-house pricing model
- supporting the implementation of our pricing strategies across the cities

You will:

- have +2 years of experience covering this role
- be able to use data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, etc..) and device a strategy - - for data analysis across the business
- have knowledge of Revenue and Yield Management, ideally from a -
- hospitality, sales or lettings background.
- business development DNA and commercial-minded
- be able to communicate findings in a succinct and compelling format.
- take ownership of workflows and produce a timely execution of processes.
- be degree educated
