We’re looking for a growth generalist who is excited about online distribution with excellent writing skills to join fast-growing AirGarage as our Head of Digital Growth.

You will be responsible for everything from the strategic planning of growth down to tactical experimentation across the marketing funnel - doing everything creating high-converting Google Ads campaigns, to A/B testing landing pages and measuring the results and reporting directly to the founders.

Your main objective will be to find new channels (and hone existing ones) for increasing our supply of parking lots and garages on the AirGarage platform. You're eager to run and measure experiments and crave a high-impact role where you have the freedom and responsibility to come up with moonshot growth ideas, while nurturing our existing Ads and SEO channels.

The Head of Digital Growth will also be responsible for running and optimizing our SEO/SEM, creating and targeting ads, analyzing conversions, keyword analysis, measuring ROI, experimenting in new channels, writing and distributing content, and more.


AirGarage is working to repurpose the 30% of the American city currently occupied by parking.

As a full-stack parking operator, we automate the operation of parking lots and enable churches, hotels, property managers, and businesses to rent out parking to drivers on demand.

You should be able to move fluidly from strategic to tactical work - everything from high-level growth strategy to thinking analytically about SEO, keywords, and conversion rates. You should be comfortable in a data-driven environment, but creative and eager to run experiments and learn from the results. You are excited to be an individual contributor as an early employee, but hungry for leadership opportunities as we grow our team.


-- Design and test highly-converting Google Ads, while experimenting with other opportunities and networks for ad placements.

-- Write compelling content about the AirGarage product and create showcase pages that demonstrate our value proposition with targeting keywords.

-- Find and test new channels for paid CPC, for example Bing Ads, Capterra, church email lists, or property management newsletters.

-- Serve as a cornerstone member of the AirGarage team leading the execution, prioritization, and strategy for growth marketing.

-- Drive SEO, keyword, and content strategy based on data

-- Excellent writing skills -- both in communicating internally to the team as well as externally through ad copy, product pages, and blog copy.

-- An analytical bend -- we want our growth strategy to be grounded in data about keywords, impressions, and clicks.

-- Strong project management and organizational skills, a willingness to experiment, learn, and take initiative.

-- Ability to fuse writing and design to create beautiful pages that serve as lead generation magnets.

-- Bonus: some programming skills -- to create content pages and for scripting to source leads.
