As a business developer in AIKO, you will be responsible of creating, pursuing and accelerating the business opportunites related to the commercialization of AIKO main product, based on AI-based software. As the market is vastly untapped, you will operate with great autonomy, developing AIKO business in Europe, promoting strategic partnerships and obtaining contract opportunities.

- Define, develop and expand AIKO business opportunities in Europe.
- Search and acquire new customers, acquiring requirements and needs.
- Iterate with the technical team to understand the benefits and functionalities enabled by AIKO technology.
- Represent AIKO in various activities, including congresses and conferences, panels and meetings.
- Write commercial sections of proposals to ESA and to the European Commission calls.

- MBA or similar degree.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and proven track record of closed deals.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales role.
- Willingness to work in a young, dynamic and lean team.
- Willingness to travel for brief periods of time.
- Fluent in English.

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in aerospace market.
- Strong contact network.
- Good understanding of space missions.
- Strong analytical skills in business and technical issues.
- Multilingual.
