POSITION OVERVIEW

You will join the Business Development Team responsible for expanding Agiloft's network of domestic and international partners and resellers. This position reports to the Director of Partner Relations and works closely with each member of the department to continually improve partner relationships, systems and support.
The ideal candidate is a task-master with a strong analytical mind that is service oriented, likes doing a variety of activities, possesses excellent written and verbal communication, enjoys researching/finding answers, and enjoys handling a variety of tasks to help keep a department on track.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule meetings, record minutes, and conduct post-meeting follow up.
• Field partner related questions such as partner pricing, partner referral and agreements.
• Serve as a resource during the New Partner Onboarding, Training and Certification process.
• Research and respond to presales questions.
• Support the ongoing success of existing partners.
• Preparing reports, memos and other documents.
• Filing and retrieving records, documents, and reports.
• Researching and compiling data to prepare documents for presentation to partners, internal employees and the Executive Team.
• Organize trips and prepare travel itineraries.
• Provide general administrative support.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to independently evaluate situations, opportunities and identify the optimum course of action.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively.
• Ability to shift focus quickly to maximize new opportunities and work collaboratively with each team member.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills, attention to detail and exercises good judgement.
• High school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Experience with the entire MS Office Suite.
• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Ideal but not required:
• Previous understanding and experience in the software industry and channel development language.
• Experience supporting teams working in the B2B space.
• Experience with database concepts and web-based technologies.
