Adrich is a Silicon Valley backed start-up, based in Pittsburgh. Our smart consumption tracking technology provides brands and retailers with true usage and behavioral data.
We are currently looking to hire a Business Development Lead to help accelerate our growth and have a tangible impact on our business. As a BDL in a high-visibility role, you will help manage market research, prospect discovery, and sales pipeline development alongside our Sales and Marketing functions.
Key responsibilities • Participate in market segmentation and go-to-market strategy discussions to bring B2B targeting perspective
• Develop new business via cold prospecting and email marketing. Manage virtual campaigns end-to-end (concept to analytics) and qualify leads before passing to Sales team
• Build informed profile of success customer across segments and define avenues of communication
• Find prospect accounts using various lead generation tools and databases (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io)
• Compile target account details and contact lists in CRM • Work alongside Sales to create "plan of attack" before events and trade shows. Help understand attendees and tailor message to correct segment
