The Role:

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive to identify sales opportunities, connect with higher education enrollment and student affairs leaders, lead marketing campaigns, and play a crucial part on the expansion of our partners and team. Applicants should be ready to learn about the ins and outs of higher education admissions and student support, and will work closely with the Regional Sales Executive team and Marketing to continue and accelerate company growth.

Responsibilities:
Conduct high quality prospecting to qualify leads and prospects
Develop marketing content and campaigns to highlight AdmitHub’s approach and impact
Educate leads about the emergence of mobile messaging and artificial intelligence in Higher Education
Collaborate with colleagues on selling strategies and market research initiatives.
Build a pipeline of new customers and establish new partnerships
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences

Qualifications:
1-2 years of sales experience; Enterprise software or higher ed sales background a plus
Someone with a growth mindset
Someone passionate about helping students succeed
Someone who is an avid storyteller
Empathy and a deep understanding of nonverbal cues
The ability to count numbers that don’t start with a $
Someone who can make us laugh

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in lead generation and sales
Excellent communication skills (active listening, written, verbal and presentation)
Organized and disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
Experience with or ability to learn web applications such as Hubspot and LinkedIn
A proven record of high achievement
