We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to evolve our marketing function and grow our distinctive brand. As our marketing specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing our content calendar, developing our channel strategy and working cross-functionally with leadership, sales, customer success, and product to improve the customer journey, as the tip of the spear! This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a strong creative background who is interested in developing and executing a digital and brand strategy to make waves in the market.

Build Brand
Inform and implement brand guidelines & positioning with AdmitHub leadership.
Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistent, reliable messaging that tells our story and gets people excited about AdmitHub.

Drive Inbound
Partner with the Director of Marketing to deliver a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, video, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
Drive content creation by both developing content yourself and working with internal and external collaborators
Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including digital marketing campaigns).

Coordinate Outreach
Work hand in hand with the business development team to scale monthly outreach campaigns and nurture streams via Hubspot while optimizing our messaging with a goal of driving sales Opportunities.
Manage engagement programs, such as webinars, educational sessions, in-person events, and conference activities

Optimize Continuously
Use data to test messaging/channels through A/B testing & monthly activity metrics.
Analyze pipeline progression with customer-facing teams to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Design experience (Infographics, sales decks, landing pages)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in HubSpot’s marketing automation and blogging software features to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers.
Comfortable with analytics (Google Analytics, Excel, Hubspot reporting)
Bonus skills: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite
