The Growth Marketing Manager, User Acquisition is a seasoned performance marketer with experience growing large mobile user acquisition programs. This role owns budget and performance for multiple acquisition channels. You will develop and implement strategies to grow our subscriber base on those channels. You will design and implement regular growth experiments, partnering closely with Data and Product teams to deliver results. This role reports to the VP of Growth.


• Build and develop a multi-channel strategy to drive sustained and growing user acquisition;
• Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging and spend accountability;
• Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels;
• Responsible for media budget, strategic acquisition partners, media strategy and audience messaging;
• Constantly work on new channels, creatives and other ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth;
• Provide regular reporting on progress towards key milestones and risks;
• Continuously evaluate and test new tactics for acquiring new users, such as data analysis, partner management, campaign targeting, bidding, A/B tests and more;
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to develop and optimize ad creative;
• Help with development of analytical tools, technology and process to drive efficiency across the Growth Team and company as a whole.

About You:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant acquisition marketing experience, preferably growing a significant mobile customer base (2+ years managing paid social);
• BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Business, Economics);
• Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done ;
• Experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas, Data Manipulation);
• SQL knowledge preferred, but not required.
