Brief description :

- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
- Follow up with vendors regarding maintenance as well as orders.
- Check orders received against purchase order and invoice.
- Monitor level of supplies and intimate/purchase required quantities.
- Resolve Office equipment related malfunctions and respond to requests or
issues

Preferred skills

- Having experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant or in another
relevant administrative role is an advantage
- Knowledge of back-office computer systems, networking and MS Office.
- Working knowledge of office IT equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good understanding of any programming language is an advantage.
- Must have a valid 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler driving license.
