As an Abodewell Licensed Real Estate Broker, your job is to lead the growth and development of our real estate brokerage. You will act as the designated broker for our transactions and will help Abodewell expand our brand in the Austin market and help navigate our entrance into other markets in Texas and beyond.

You will:
* Be the lead Real Estate Broker at Abodewell
* Create and implement internal policies and ensure adherence to procedures
* Manage Abodewell brokerage licenses and ensure that they are in full compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and real estate association (TAR, ABOR, etc.) policies
* Source new business opportunities through networking and referral management
* Negotiate with both clients and agents
* Stay abreast of any changes to laws, regulations or real estate association policies that may affect our business and ensure business policies are changed to comply with such changes

You should have:
* An active Real Estate Broker License in the State of Texas
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Experience starting or managing your own real estate brokerage and overseeing agents
* Demonstrated excellence in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients in-person, over the phone/text, and through email
* Strong grasp of technology
* Able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects, handle frequent changes effectively and professionally and follow through on issues in a timely manner
* Complete mastery and understanding of local real estate rules and laws
