Position:

As a business development lead, you’ll be a customer-centric innovator and pioneer, constantly devising and testing new ways to grow our clientele. You’ll be creative and scrappy in identifying new ways to build relationships with prospects - phone, email, in-person and through relationships. You’ll be an expert in discovering and decoding prospects’ and mapping it to the ABLSoft product and value proposition. You’ll empower your teammates and constantly improve the ABLSoft sales process.

Responsibilities:

* Research, identify and prioritize new prospect and partner opportunities
* Generate and qualify leads through numerous outbound approaches
* Continually test and refine outreach strategies and tactics
* Effectively track and manage pipeline movement
* Support CEO and senior leadership in closing deals

Qualifications:

* 2+ years in SaaS sales or business development
(bonus for selling into banks or lenders)
* Skilled in new business development, including identifying key players in the market and effective outbound outreach
* Confidence in dealing with partners and clients at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Masterful rapport builder/people skills, establishing strong relationships
* Good understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) products
* Familiarity with using CRM software
* Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, collaborative startup
environment
* Passionate, self-motivated, tenacious, and driven
* Ideally located on the East Coast
