What You'll Do:
Customer Success Manager is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of customer accounts that includes the world’s leading buy-side and sell-side credit trading teams, and financial intermediaries. You will:

• Serve as the internal voice of the customer while working with the 7 Chord’s product and software development teams to exceed customer expectations. Effectively communicate customer feedback and solve ad-hoc issues as needed.
• Delicately govern customer relationships towards specific metrics associated with onboarding, product adoption, conversion of product trials to paid contracts, expansion and retention of existing relationships.
• Consistently illustrate the value delivered through BondDroid suite of products through customer interaction, managing marketing campaigns, roll-out of new functionality.
• Collaborate with marketing and act as a stakeholder in developing of the support resources.
• Stay current and educate customers on BondDroid products, competitive landscape and innovation trends.

• Prior account management experience with an electronic platform, brokerage, fixed income prime brokerage or capital markets enterprise software.
• BS/BA in finance, economics or information systems. Bond math a must.
• Proficiency with the modern productivity tools, and ability to learn new technology.
• Strong verbal/written communication & presentation skills; extraordinary listening skills.
• Ability to recognize and maximize new business opportunities and comfort with negotiation.
