Role & Responsibilities:
This is a key position and the role holder will lead the Sales for the assigned geography of the company in India.
She/he will be responsible for ensuring the realization of the Sales plans of the company by executing the methodology and techniques adopted by the firm to achieve the company’s short-term as well as longer-term sales objectives.
Maintaining a close liaison with marketing to ensure effective execution of marketing programs and with operations and customer services team to ensure quality service to the customers
Responsible for administering the company’s short, medium, and long-term Sales strategy
Takes a key role in the sales budgeting process to convert the strategic business plans into well-defined operational plans to meet business objectives.
Increase market share/ the geographic expansion by working with the Sales HOD and defined sales roadmap to increase revenue.
Build strong credibility within the regional & global organizations.
The role requires maturity & the ability to manage relationships while meeting corporate objectives.
