Bot MD is a Y Combinator funded startup with the mission of Empowering Doctors around the world. Our flagship product is an A.I. Assistant for healthcare professionals to instantly search hospital specific content such as drug formularies, hospital protocols, physician directory, call rosters and more.

We are searching for an exceptional salesperson to focus on our largest customers and opportunities in Singapore. The successful candidate will understand our customers’ clinical and business objectives and act as a trusted advisor for using Bot MD most effectively. They will gather customer feedback and requests while working with our team to align our product roadmap. As one of the first 10 employees, you will be directly reporting to our CEO and working to ensure that we provide a delightful and simple user experience to our growing user base. Responsibilities

-Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close
-Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
-Foster new relationships for Bot MD through outbound efforts
-Navigate key decision makers to build Bot MD awareness within healthcare organizations
-Initiate, negotiate, and close new and renewal contracts with customers
-Prepare and educate customers on product
-Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends
-Provide recommendations based on customers’ clinical needs and usage patterns
-Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement of the product platform


Required Skills

-5+ years in healthcare or enterprise software sales and/or business development
-Relevant sales experience preferably within Healthcare/Pharma/MedTech or SaaS organizations
-Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts
-Excellent communication skills both with customers and within an organization
-Proven negotiation and closing skills
-Strong track record of navigating within large hospital or enterprise accounts
-Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively
-Experience presenting to hospital executives and C-suite
-Ability to manage multiple pipeline opportunities at various stages of the buying process
-Takes an active interest in building customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
-Ability to be creative, flexible & adaptive but with strong integrity
-Willingness to travel (30%)
-B.A./B.S. in relevant fields, M.B.B.S/MBA preferred
