321 Ignition is looking for a Senior Account Executive to grow revenue by acquiring new customers and grow existing business in the Automotive Industry. This isn’t your average Sales job. This role requires someone who is highly driven, money-motivated, confident and hungry to succeed, and aspires to lead a sales organization as the company grows, while also passionate about disrupting an antiquated industry, improving customer car buying experience and helping dealerships increase their profit.

What you would be doing:
As a Senior Account Executive, you would be prospecting for new accounts through cold calling car dealership owners and GMs (general managers) in assigned sales territories (100+ dials/day).

• Identifying sales upsell opportunities
• Aspiring to grow and lead a sales organization as the company grows

• An expert at 321 Ignition products and services and provide positive client experiences
• An authority in the competitive landscape of automotive marketing

What we need from you:
• Proven track record closing B2B business over the phone through cold calling
• Experience in outside sales, closing deals face to face, is valuable
• Experience in selling high dollar marketing and advertising services, to car dealers, real estate agents, doctors, lawyers and other small businesses preferred
• Experience in a short sell cycle is highly preferred – an ability to two-call close
• Strong mindset, high-level work ethic, and a closer mentality
• Strong desire to be part of a startup, grow a company, lead a team, act and work as an owner
• Ability to self-manage in an autonomous work environment, and comfortable in a high-pressure, results-driven, fast-paced work environment
• Must be self-driven, money-motivated, have high ethical values and professionalism
Salesforce.com or other CRM experience is preferred
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
