Job Purpose

The Sales & Operations Manager will report directly into the GM of 247Entertainment. You will be responsible for finding suitable venues and promoters for our partner’s entertainment IP in China, insuring any services sold to our clients are executed to the highest standard possible and helping the GM of 247Entertainment ensure that revenue targets are met.

First 3 months:
- Get to know the company & the entertainment business. Get to know the IP and clients that we currently work with by creating sales decks for them
- Week 3 – once you’re settled in and ready we’ll give you one project to execute under the guidance of your manager. Your goal will be to execute one project successfully in the first 3 months, while being on-hand to help with new proposals

6 months
- After 3 months you should have your selling boots well and truly strapped on. The next 3 months you will be taking on multiple IP projects, hiring a small team to work around you and even begin looking for some new IP from outside or within China to sign up for our services

12 months
- After a year you will have this game sewn up, you’ll have great relationships with a big network of promoters and venues that you have met through our existing contacts or through your own networking activities, you’ll be able to organize a 2 month tour for any entertainment IP within 2 weeks and you’ll have gained a great knack for seeing revenue opportunities where others don’t.

Must Haves

- Chinese native with English speaking abilities
- At least 5 years business experience, great communications & sales skills
- An understanding of the entertainment industry in China will be a big plus
- Experience working for a China based promoter or venue is a really big plus
- An existing network of venues & promoters in China is a huge plus
