The Freelance Broker Agents (A.K.A. Deep Sea Divers of the Pond) are making a difference every day by helping small business owners and local freelancers thrive in their communities! In this role, you will be consulting with small business owners and freelancers in an effort to connect them with clientele through our platform and vice-versa. Closing deals = $$$. That's it!

Freelance Broker Agent Responsibilities
Generate sales leads each week and submitting them to management
Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects (Small Business Owners/Freelancers & Clientele) and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence
Update client information in the company contact database
Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth
Educating customers about our business solutions
Cold-calling, generating new leads and prospecting accounts
Closing customer contracts and generating new sales
Attributes Required For Success
Confident, ‘sales hunter’ mentalities. There are huge commissions, bonuses & residuals to be made – you have to have the drive to seek out businesses we can support and keep them thriving!
The desire to create your own destiny, surpass everyone around you, and maximize your pay!
Proficient in the sales environment with clear understanding of client needs
Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no supervision
Excellent communication skills
A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a sales capacity role or account management (preferred but not required)
