We’re looking for a savvy client services intern to assist in managing relationships with patients, healthcare providers (e.g., doctors and nurses) and insurers.
Ideally, the intern is a graduate student or college senior passionate about improving healthcare with an interest in potentially joining the team upon graduation.
The intern will support care operations, ensuring both our nurses and patients have a great experience on the platform. There will also be opportunities to automate existing workflows and ensure customer (doctor) satisfaction post-sale.
Finally, the intern will have opportunities to analyze patient behavior data to formulate insights for product design and business strategy decisions.
We help people with chronic conditions stay healthy by matching them with registered nurse care coaches (telephone sessions) through our web platform. We also enable doctors to better coordinate care and earn a new (up to) $10 billion reimbursement from Medicare.
Our software-enabled service helps healthcare professionals monitor and manage their patients’ chronic conditions while earning a new Medicare payment. This payment has complex requirements, including 20 minutes of care outside the care facility, which overworked doctors struggle to meet without us.
