I have known Christian for five years and found him to be one of the hardest working entrepreneurs I know. He has a huge ability to persevere through difficulties and find his way around problems. He is also very willing to listen and learn from others when needed. He has a high level of personal integrity and is always straightforward and open in his business dealings. He has the ability to inspire those around him and with the right team would be able to attack any problem. His recent move to Boulder is a great example of his willingness to change tactic and adapt where necessary and I wish him all the best.
In the past two years Christian has become a trusted advisor to myself and E041. He has been crucial in pushing the business forward, by helping us challenge our assumptions and refocus our actions. Moreover, he practices what he preaches. I have experienced first hand how his keen business judgment and bias for action have served him well as an entrepreneur. His ability to swiftly capitalize on new opportunities as they arise illustrates his commercial savviness and I have seen how his dedication to his vision inspires people time and time again.
Christian and I worked together at GE Capital and I know him as extremely committed, tenacious and resourceful. For example, he realized about a year ago that he needed to understand more about development techniques and systematically used his network to the fullest extent to meet experts in the field, reading up on the subject and taking courses. He applied the same rigor to get into the US and managed to get his investment visa in place in record time. If anybody can crack the collectibles market it is Christian.
