What I Do
At QuickPay, I increased the velocity by which we could onboard new clients by identifying bottlenecks, improving workflows, training a new "onboarding task-foce", and making modifications to the product to keep up with our growth. I also increased registrations per download by more than 30% by identifying a break in the registration funnel and implementing a progressive registration flow instead.
