- Grew my portion of the portfolio from 2% subscription trial contribution to 33% in 1.5 years
- Launched new connected home products and grew revenue contribution significantly for movie/tv
- Created and grew content platform from 100 channels of content to over 40000+ and growing
- Launched a new brand in automotive entertainment brand, creating the "4th band of radio"
- Launched a new social mobile gaming platform while simultaneously restructured the series D startup to reduce it's content costs and maintaining its gross revenue during launch
- Managed 1/3 of the revenue of a NASDAQ public company while streamlining costs and increasing revenue. Increased LTV significantly for the subscription business as well as raising ARPU
