As a hardcore believer in ethical marketing, I'm beyond proud of the project #nomakeuptuesday that I created in 2014. Its main focus was on raising girls and young women's self-esteem. In one year the hashtag was used on Instagram 4k times and it has generated more than 20 PR pieces on news websites, newspapers, magazines and TV channels.
But most importantly, all the positive feedback through e-mails and comments from young women all over Brazil on how the hashtag has helped them raise their self-esteem and change their relationship with themselves for the better.
On my current work my role is focused on my specialties: speciality is social media, content and, more recently, influencer marketing.
Outside of work, I also use my social media presence to share bits of my life and connect with like-minded people about self-improvement and self-care.
