I look after all things people at Crowdcube. I've revamped our values as part of a wider employee value proposition rework, set up performance management processes, started measuring employee engagement, set up and regularly review our onboarding process, implemented a host of systems including HRIS and ATS to help manage the entire HR function, promoted an inclusion and diversity strategy, which includes signing up to the Women in Finance Charter, and set up a learning and development plan and budget for the whole team, among many other things.
