Job Description

We are looking for highly ambitious and motivated individuals to join our growing sales organization that is bringing the CaptivateIQ platform to market. As an AE, you will be a company ambassador to the market and will have full control of your sales process from initial outreach to ultimately closing deals.

What You Will Do
Identify, close, and grow new accounts, managing opportunities from lead to close
Build and manage a qualified pipeline in accordance with approved sales methodologies
Prospect aggressively via various methods in order to break into target accounts
Plan and execute successful sales demos to educate prospects and ultimately win new business
Acquire in-depth knowledge of our prospective customers' specific pain points and how they are addressed by the CaptivateIQ platform
Develop an understanding of the current market landscape and our competitive strategy

3+ years of SaaS sales experience
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong, effective presentation and communication skills in person, via email, and on the phone
Proven track record of successful sales
Experience in pitching and delivering sales demos without the assistance of a sales engineer or solutions consultant
Aptitude in working cross-functionally with product, support, marketing, and other functions
Proficiency with Salesforce
