Engineering is a core part of who we are. We work hard to have a best of breed engineering culture. You will work with a carefully selected team of ex-Google, VMware, ThoughtWorks, and Atlassian engineers. Foremost; the engineering team takes pride in it’s focus and prioritisation around engineering fundamentals. The team is tight, with no big egos, and welcome self-driven engineers to come and join in on the adventure.

Responsibilities:

(1) Work with product designers and founders to build a next-generation web application with a focus on an exceptional client-side experience
(2) Build efficient and reusable front end abstractions and systems
(3) Identify and address performance bottlenecks
(4) Participate in design and code reviews
(5)Identify and communicate best practices for front end engineering
to interact with our back end systems

Requirements:

(1)BS or MS degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or a related field
(2)Expert knowledge of JavaScript
(3)Expert knowledge of web technologies (HTML/CSS)
(4)Experience developing rich applications with HTML/CSS/JS
(5) Intimate knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device development
(6) Ability to write high-performance, reusable code for UI components, including appropriate testing
