About the role:
Cambly’s growing fast, and we need your help! This role has tremendous growth potential and is ideal for someone looking to develop their technical experience. You’ll work with users to troubleshoot technical issues, serve as a liaison between the student support teams and the engineering team to solve key technical and product problems. A typical day might involve technical support in Zendesk, reporting bugs to the engineering team, and working on a high-impact operational or technical project. Working at a fast-paced startup means you’ll get real hands-on experience building technology and operations, and you’ll have the mentorship and support of an all-star startup team.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree
-2+ years experience in marketplace operations, technical support, or professional services (consulting, banking, accounting, etc.)
-Excellent written skills
-The ability to roll with the punches and drive a project to completion
-Great team/collaboration skills
-A passion for education or language-learning
-Enthusiasm to learn and grow at a fast-paced startup

Bonus:
-Some technical or coding experience
-Previous startup or professional services experience
