Burrow is currently looking for a Paid Acquisition Manager to lead and manage our paid campaigns, initially focusing on Paid Social, and then incorporating Search.

This is a rare opportunity to join an in-house Acquisition Marketing team at a rapidly growing, market-leading Direct to Consumer company revolutionizing the retail industry.

We need a performance marketing expert, obsessed with combining using data and creative thinking to drive potential customers down through sales funnel. You’re both an expert in the tried and true platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) but always eager to stay on the bleeding edge and find new ways to both acquire and retain customers.

Uncovering mysteries with the goal of profitably acquiring customers is the name of the game.

Lead the utilization of Paid Media channels through campaigns and ongoing marketing to achieve revenue/lead goals
Plan, design, and build highly scaled paid search, social, display and video ad campaigns across multiple platforms
Analyze PPC, Facebook & Display campaign performance (Google Analytics & DCM) to maximize customer acquisition and user engagement
Deliver regular reports to gauge effectiveness of online search, display advertising campaigns on the site/engine, placement/keyword, and creative levels
Identify, gather, integrate, and analyze relevant data, including tracking delivery against goal and providing recommendations to improve campaign performance
Track campaign against key performance indicators, including but not limited to: impressions, clicks, CTR, interaction rate/time and site activity
Have a focus on audience segmentation, budget, ROAS, and the quality of deliverables
Conduct ad-copy adjustment and testing according to best practice
Create and present detailed paid campaign reports

BA degree in Marketing with a concentration in Digital
Minimum of 3+ years of paid search/SEM marketing experience
Ability to analyze data and trends
Expertise with SEM bid management platforms
Expertise of Google Adwords
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Keyword research and experience managing campaign budgets
