Broker Buddha is looking for a Sales Team Lead who can prospect and close new business, and ultimately build and manage a sales team.
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting directly to the CEO at Broker Buddha, you will build, coach and mentor a sales team of your very own.
Other responsibilities include:
Effectively managing pipelines to generate sales activity and revenue
Qualifying prospective companies and key decision makers through creative lead generation techniques
Using strategic sales and BD tactics to cultivate relationships with prospective clients
Clearly communicating with employees and clients across various channels
Collaborating with other Senior Leadership on strategic initiatives and operational improvements
8+ years of experience in B2B sales, as well as managing a sales team
Team leader with strong interpersonal, communication, and management skills
Love closing deals and building teams
Self-motivated, ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit
Insurance industry knowledge desired
