Reporting to the NYC Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator - OA Management will be the main point of contact for NYC Operations Associates, Breather’s team that maintains our beautiful spaces after each member reservation. In this role, you are a great manager who leads by example, have the ability to make flawless schedules based off of demand and availability, and excellent communication skills. You will also focus on OA development and the quality of cleaning jobs. Your job is to make sure that NYC’s OA team runs efficiently and effectively.
At Breather, you will:
Manage our growing OA team as they travel around the city completing jobs.
Create OA shift schedules based on OA availability and Breather’s demand.
Be responsible for proactively and reactively conducting performance management and professional development for Operations Associates.
Maintain working knowledge of policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to the OA team.
Conduct quality assurance checks, and help build systems for ensuring consistent, top quality cleaning and maintenance as the Breather network grows.
Do whatever it takes, even outside the scope of your job, to ensure that Breather runs smoothly and seamlessly.

Scrappy, willing to get your hands dirty and spend your time both in and out of the office.
2-3 years management and scheduling experience preferred.
