I was in charge of Tilt’s advertising across all markets. This primarily consisted of running ads to source leads for our Ambassador Program—our most effective and predictable...more growth lever at the time.
I also used Optimizely to run a few on-product experiments, with the most successful being a personalized mobile app up-sell interstitial that boosted app installs by 160% and now accounts for over 50% of app installs today.
Brad is incredibly motivated and self-driven. He will tackle and own any challenge thrown his way and go above and beyond expectations to make sure projects are successful.
